Rt Hon Sir Ben Wallace, a former British Army Officer in the Scots Guards who served as Secretary of State for Defence from 2019 to 2023. He was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Wyre and Preston North, formerly Lancaster and Wyre, from 2005 to 2024. Prior to that he was elected in 1999 as a Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for North East Scotland, serving until 2003.

Tickets are £80 each, or £70 for Young Conservatives and guests aged 25 and under.
The event will be held in a top hotel in Rutland , which will be advised with the booking confirmation details.
Dress Code is Black Tie.
